Your monthly quota

Free and Personal plans have a monthly cap on what your AI can do. This page tells you exactly what counts.

These are the actions that fetch or change mail / contacts. Each counts as 1.

  • Searching your inbox
  • Listing recent messages in a folder
  • Listing your folders
  • Sending an email
  • Replying or forwarding
  • Moving a message to another folder
  • Deleting or flagging a message
  • Searching or listing contacts
  • Creating, updating, or deleting a contact

These are follow-ups to something your AI already did — reading the body of a message it just found, getting the thread for a conversation, looking at a contact’s details. They’re free.

The principle: one “action” per discrete request. If your AI searches your inbox and then opens 5 results to read them, that’s 1 action total, not 6.

Pro is unlimited. The counter still ticks for telemetry but no limit fires.

The next action returns “limit reached”. The message tells you when the counter resets — usually the 1st of the next month, in your local timezone.

You can either:

  1. Wait for the next month.
  2. Upgrade — the new tier’s cap applies immediately.

In a terminal:

Terminal window
atbridge license status --pretty

You’ll see a row like:

Ops 47 / 300

That’s “used / limit”. If it says (unlimited) you’re on Pro and the cap doesn’t apply.

You can also see the same view on the account dashboard.
