Your first AI-written email
This page assumes you’ve finished Install atbridge.ai and Set up Claude Desktop (or Cursor).
Try this prompt
Section titled “Try this prompt”Open a new chat in Claude (or your AI) and paste:
Find the most recent unread email in my Thunderbird inbox. Draft a polite reply that thanks them and proposes 3 times next week to meet — Tuesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Friday morning.
Your AI will:
- Look through your inbox.
- Read the matching message.
- Open a new draft in Thunderbird with your reply written out.
You then review the draft, edit if you’d like, and click send — just like a normal Thunderbird message you wrote yourself.
Try a beautiful email
Section titled “Try a beautiful email”Now try:
Compose a customer announcement email for my team about our new Q3 product launch. Make it look polished — use our brand colours, add the logo, and structure it with a hero, three feature highlights, and a closing call-to-action. Open as a draft.
You’ll get a fully styled HTML email with brand colours and layout, open in Thunderbird ready to review. (This needs a Pro plan — the styling library is Pro-only.)
What just happened?
Section titled “What just happened?”You asked a question in plain English. Your AI did the work — reading the right message, drafting the reply, choosing the layout. atbridge.ai was the connector between the two. Your mail stayed on your computer the whole time.
