Enterprise is Pro for your whole organisation — centrally managed, with the licensing and controls teams need, on per-seat pricing invoiced to your company. Talk to us →

An “action” = one thing your AI does that fetches or changes mail. A search counts. Listing your inbox counts. Sending a reply counts. Reading a message it already found doesn’t count — follow-ups are free.

See Your monthly quota for the details.

For trying atbridge.ai or for light use. 14 days of unlimited use when you start — including MCP, so your AI client (Claude Desktop, Cursor) can call your inbox directly. After 14 days you keep using it free at 20 actions per month from your IDE or terminal (Cursor, VS Code, CLI), but the MCP integration disables.

The @bridge AI Chat inside Thunderbird stays available on Free as a standalone pane (the docked variant is Personal and Pro), drawing from that 20-action budget.

Free locks to a single Thunderbird account on a single device.

@bridge Notes is included even on Free — a private, local notes app (Markdown, Mermaid diagrams, LaTeX, audio embeds) that stands on its own as a workspace, no mailbox required. On Free it’s a basic editor: manual save and review-only charts, without auto-save, voice notes, audio transcription, the docked AI Chat, Note Overlay, or Fast Actions — those come with Personal and Pro.

For casual daily users — covers your inbox. 300 actions per month is about 10 a day, comfortable for typical inbox use without heavy automation. It’s one shared budget — spend it however you like across mail ops, the MCP server, and @bridge AI Chat. Works across as many Thunderbird accounts as you have, on up to 2 devices (laptop + desktop). If you find yourself building heavier workflows, Pro removes the cap.

What’s included:

  • @bridge MCP — let your AI client (Claude Desktop, Cursor) call your inbox directly via the MCP server, drawing from your monthly budget. Set up MCP →
  • Docked @bridge AI Chat — dock the chat beside your mail, notes, or an open compose window (the standalone pane is already on Free); pick a fast action or type a prompt, watch your AI improve the draft. Learn more →
  • Fast Actions — one click on any email (or note) turns it into a task, calendar event, contact, or reply — or extracts the action items — using your own AI. Free has them during the trial only.
  • 10 @bridge Branded Email drafts per month — generate a fully-styled, brand-themed HTML email from a single prompt (the one separately-capped feature). See the recipe →

Personal also unlocks the full @bridge Notes editor — auto-save, live chart/diagram editing, audio transcription, Note Overlay, and the AI Chat docked beside your notes.

Everything resets at the start of each month. Hit the cap regularly? Pro is unlimited and removes the gates.

For power users. Unlimited actions, the AI assistant integration (Claude Desktop, Cursor, etc.), unlimited @bridge Branded Email, the ability to save your own templates, unlimited @bridge AI Chat (AI inside Thunderbird), @bridge Notes voice notes (record via mic) and Plug-as-Context, and up to 5 devices.

Pro is what most people who try atbridge.ai end up on.

Use the account dashboard. Log in with the email you purchased with. The Stripe Customer Portal handles the swap; changes take effect at the next renewal.

Same dashboard, Manage billing → Cancel subscription. Your plan keeps working until the end of the current period. After that it reverts to Free.
