Team announcements
The outcome: you maintain your personal Gmail, your work address,
and a customer-facing hello@ — atbridge.ai sends from the right one
without you switching identities by hand.
Try this
Section titled “Try this”Send a company announcement to our team list from my work email (jordan@example.com). Subject: “Q3 priorities locked”. Body: three bullets covering our top three goals for the quarter and one paragraph explaining the rationale. Branded.
Your AI picks the right identity, writes the message, opens it as a draft from the right account.
Why this matters
Section titled “Why this matters”If you have multiple Thunderbird accounts configured, atbridge.ai sees them all. On Personal and Pro tiers, your AI can read and send from any of them. On Free tier, only the one account you started with.
The “send from” decision is part of the prompt. Just name the email address (or describe it):
- “…from my work email”
- “…from
hello@example.com” - “…from whichever account I usually use for Example Corp”
A common workflow
Section titled “A common workflow”Many users keep:
- Personal — friends, family, side projects
- Work — primary employer / freelance clients
- Brand —
hello@for the side business
Setting up the brand-themed defaults once (logos, signatures, brand colours per identity) means every send from each account looks right without re-specifying.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”- The branded weekly digest — make the send look polished too
- Troubleshooting if the picker doesn’t show your accounts
